Once you've paid, we collect your products from the suppliers. We're based in China, so we can directly monitor the quality : no lies about the materials or condition. We take real photos and videos of the items, group all your products together if you have multiple items, and prepare your package for shipping.

Between receiving your order in China, consolidating it, and going through quality control, it can take 4 to 5 days, depending on the order. Then we ship it to France: generally, it takes 9 to 12 days for delivery . To be honest, we expect it to take about 3 weeks to arrive.
